I have this but don't use the setting, however, I'd just look up unsharp mask settings from photoshop and try those first.
for example I use LRmogrify for watermarks and borders, I go into photoshop and test the blending options, then go back and use my preferred one.
also it depends upon the subject a little doesn't it?
