Yep, use them quite a bit, good for Lee stuff when everyone else is short of stock, always friendly and helpful. My dad just bought a Leica from them too, he was well pleased with how he was looked after.

I dropped my 24-105L off there the other day for repair and they seemed like a very friendly and pleasant bunch.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm afraid my experience wasn't so good. In ordered a Gimbal head (sidekick) from their website on Tuesday evening, and paid by Paypal, and extra for next day RMSD. Expecting to have my order confirmed by email, and receiving no such confirmation, I rang them yesterday. I was told that they were too busy with the shop customers to do anything with web orders. I was then informed that the item I ordered was not in stock, and would take a few days to arrive with them.

Naturally, I asked why they took my payment, and £10 extra for next day delivery. I just got a few platitudes, and some very poor excuses, but no apology.

They still haven't confirmed by email that they have received my order.

I'm not happy.

Your case sounds pretty bad though and I think I'd be voting with my feet and going elsewhere if they didn't take steps to make amends which it sounds like they're aren't

Used them three times, always online and gear always arrived next day. Doesn't help you mind, sorry your having problems but I think they are generally great guys to deal with.
