With the new style clip/pinch style lens cap?
I wonder if you could help me out and measure the outer diameter of the lens hood as accurately as possible please?
I've just taken delivery of a Lucroit filter adapter specifically for this lens, which unfortunately does not fit at all. Very frustrating after spending over £100 on what is essentially an aluminum ring! I suspect it is due to me having the earlier version of the lens which came with a push on rubbery lens cap, although Im not 100% sure on this, hence the request.
Lucroit are being less than helpful (aren't even responding), so any assistance is much appreciated.
