Any thoughts on Sony A330?

Hi there,
I have been looking at buying my first DSLR and quite liked the feel and look of the Sony A330 as sold in jessops.
I have found it bundled with the standard 18-55mm lens as well as a Tamron 70-300 lens as shown here:

Does anyone have any experience with this, thoughts?

I had a A300, the predecessor to the 330 as my first DSLR (I used a Minolta SLR before that so had lenses already). It's got everything you need in a starter DSLR and actually restarted my interest in photgraphy.

If you'll be using studio lights it will need an adapter (£8 from ebay, I think FITP on here sells them as well), but that's not really in the realms of "starter DSLR."

If you haven't done so already then do go and hold one in a shop first though and explore the menus etc, to make sure you feel comfortable with it. There are quite a few of us Sony users on here.
