I run mate, just started again properly again after a cold in october set me back and I just couldnt be bothered, dark nights, new job ect ect excuses!!!.
If you'v ran before, then you know how easy its gonna get eventually, its just the first 10 or so training sessions, you'll be fine after that, just dont stop!!!!
I was running after i had my knee surgery, but a few issues with ankles lately have slowed me down a little. Gonna get back on it once the spring comes back
