I'm trying to install Windows 10 on my iMac (don't ask....).
I'm using Bootcamp assistant under High Sierra and a Win10 ISO downloaded directly from Microsoft.
Anyway, after nearly a full day, I got to the install Windows bit and it failed because apparently I need to format the drive NTFS. When I reboot to OS X I found a drive called "BOOTCAMP" which is formatted FAT32. I'm not sure why Bootcamp assistant would do that.
Obviously I can reformat it in OS X - but then how do I restart the install? Just copy my Windows ISO to thumb drive and run it? Just run it from hard drive?
I really really REALLY don't want to accidentally erase the OS X partition.
