any one heard of a Voeloon V600 flash

I see it on Vistek.ca website (canadian retailer) and am thinking about it.
I think it is the same as the Oloong SP 690 II (which has a lot more reviews) http://www.foto-morgen.de/Blitze-Blitzausloeser-Blitzzubehoer/Blitze-TTL/Oloong-SP690II-Voeloon-V600-Blitzgeraet-i-TTL-fuer-Nikon-Masterblitz.html
This guy really likes it:
Voeloon's website product page http://www.voeloon.com/productview_en.asp?id=27 (see Oloong mentioned in fine print at bottom left)
Or do I spend $325 for a Metz 58 AF? Or a second SB 700 (1 CDN $ = .5 pound)
There is a newer version V760 but it is not in stock, and is much more expensive http://www.vistek.ca/store/CameraMo...light-for-nikon-wireless-masterslave-ttl.aspx but it is HSS high speed sync.

Does one really need HSS? Or put another way is HSS worth $180 more? I think my SB700 has HSS so I do have one flash that does.
