I worked in the financial services industry for a few years in the '80's and 90's. Although it has all changed now there is one rule that still holds true. There is 'free' advice and 'good' advice, frequently not the same!

Im a Finance Broker though not in Residential Property. I wouldn't suggest anyone relies on information given on a forum, firstly because no one knows your full circumstances and secondly it is unlikely that anyone here is qualified to give you advice and if they were they would be charging a fee for their services!
