Any idea what plant this is ?

This plant has randomly turned up in my garden and I was wondering what it was ! I thought at first it looked like a Marrow plant but as it has developed no Marrow has started to grow !

Yes, the excellent plant.net app says there's a 78% chance it's a sunflower. Just possibly is a plains sunflower.

Possibly a fluke, from dropped bird seed.
Not all of them are viable.
And yes, its a sunflower.
Stake it up, let it grow, and hopefully your'll have lots of seeds later in the year.
