Any good book suggestions for Flash beginner

Hi folks,

Anyone got any good book reccomendations for exploring the world of flash a little more than just taking photos inside or when it's dark? :)

Seen this which looks interesting:-
http://www.amazon.co.uk/The-Hot-Sho...0141/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1334837310&sr=8-1

Just after something good and user friendly, not to compliated or up it's own bottom!!

Thanks folks

Chris

It's more of an entertaining and inspirational read than a practical manual, but very good. He uses Nikon, but it doesn't make much difference to the enjoyment or what you'll get out of it.

I found Sly Arena's Speedliter's Handbook a good read.

Excellent book. Everything the Canon shooter needs to know, but not so helpful for other brands.

Another vote for Syl Arena's Speedliter's Handbook - Easy to read - the author uses clear, straightforward language and is simply the book to get if you want to progress with flash in the Canon world.

Think it's Syl Arena and not 'Sly'. If you shoot Nikon, try Neil Van Niekerk's books and his blog 'Tangents'
