Any experiences of buying a Fringer adapter. direct from Fringer?

Has anyone bought a Fringer adapter direct from Fringer?

You can buy them on Amazon, but not only from third party sellers, and the Fringer website says they will only provide support if you buy directly from them.

Given how popular they seem to be, I suspect it should be fine to buy direct, but I would be interested to hear of any experiences before deciding what to do.

I got their Pentax to Fuji adapter direct from them when it was released in September. No problems at all, fast shipping, good packaging. Would happily order from them again

Thanks, I had assumed there wouldn’t be an issue, but it's nice to get firsthand experience.

I assume you had vat and duty to pay on top, and it would be useful to know which carrier they use?

It was FedEx. For that adapter all duties were covered in the price and declared on the paperwork. Don't know if that's always the case (the gfx adapters are expensive)
