Any Coin collectors in here need some help

About 3 1/2 years ago the wifes cousin died and we where left to sort out the flat and her will.
As I was clearing the flat I found this wrapped up and in a plastic box.
Any one know what it is where its from and what age.
Basically any information would be great.

Its approx 17mm across and about 1-2mm thick

Well, the inscription on pic 1 reads: CONSTANTINuS AuG so it's Roman (Constantine the Great 272-337CE)

pesky Romans must have been that rich they just threw their money away.
