ANSI codes on photographic lamps

Hi,
I have just joined the group and I'm hoping someone might be able to assist.

You know when you purchase a photographic lamp there are various product codes. For example, there is a LIF code like A1/232 and that is also known as EFR. EFR is an ANSI code.

So my question is... is there a web site which lists all the ANSI codes and provides the specification of lamps?

I have a number of vintage lamps and I need to correctly identify them.

It’s not really a photographic question, much more likely to find the answers on an Electrical or electronics site.

Thank you so much for those links. The "Interlightus" site provided the information I needed.
I have a large collection of old vintage lamps and now I can fill the gaps on the details when adding to my web site.
Very much appreciated :)

Thanks for your response. I wasn't certain where to start looking, but assumed there would be some knowledgeable people in here that are willing to share their knowledge. As it turns out, I now have the information I needed :)

Back in the day when I built some valve gear I had a bit of a collection including a lovely high wattage power triode destined for building a short wave transmitter that never got built! When I moved I gave what was left to an old school friend who was way more into electronics......he still is. But the 'bible' for reference was a valve guide ~ it listed all manufactured valves not s massive tome but quite small print :lol:
