Another 'which laptop' question

I need to get a laptop for my dad - current machine is about 15 years old and slow as molasses.
Budget is 300 - 500 ish. No real requirements, apart from not a chromebook, though touch screen would be nice as he is always trying to touch the screen, though for 500 that may be difficult.

The best i have seen is this one on amazon

That looks good Phil. We picked up a Lenovo C530 for my wife late last year for about £500: similar spec to that, but quad core i5, and it's a nice, light, quick machine in an all-ali case.
