Bought this one for a very low price, but it was covered in dirt, and I'm not sure what the stains on the pentaprism were, they certainly weren't coming off with the usual Isopropyl alcohol, I used a product called Polywatch, a fine polish designed to remove fine scratches from acrylic watch crystals, it worked a treat, luckily on this one the prism is fine, so after a good clean, it's time for renewing the light seals, I've changed the baseplate, as the original one had been engraved and then scratched off.

Managed to get out the office this morning, but before I did, I removed all the sticky remnants from the light seals that had stuck to the film door, I also gave the leatherette a quick clean and polish20251118_135946.jpg20251118_135950.jpg20251118_140312.jpg

Looks like a nice, clean version. I've also just joined the Olympus family, though I specifically wanted the M1 labelled OM1, which I managed to find on eBay the other month. Like yours, it's lovely and clean, fully working.
