Hi everyone, I have recently come into photography after a good friend of mine lent me a camera and took me to an airshow to 'have a go'. I have since bought the camera and am now hooked! I have posted some photos on here and would really appreciate any feedback. Do they need to be posted in a 'Category' for this to happen? Merry Christmas everyone, Emrys :)

Welcome to TP!

You've only uploaded the photos in your gallery. No one will see them there! Galleries are just the place on here to store them, not showcase them.

You need to click into the relevant section and create a thread (usually a thread per shoot / location / genre, not one thread for all your photos!)

The link above for Landscapes and Scenery for example, and then click "Post New Thread."

Give it a title etc, insert your images, and wait for people to say they like them, or that they think they could be improved with x, y or z.

Then view other people "Threads" comment on them, and be part of the community.
