Even the BBC front page notes "last updated 2010".

Every so often an old story works its way up the "most read" list, and because loads of people don't pay attention it gets shared and read, and shared and read again as if it's new...

Oddly I just clicked on that on the front page of BBC news :confused:

Hasn't quite got the impact of the original 1/10
plus is there any left to sell off after Bliar/Browns huge uptake of PFI, leaving many healthcare facing huge debts? 118 PFI's currently with a debt of 12Billion, but repayment terms amounting to about £80 billion
