I've had a hard drive crisis (Be warned, there will more questions in the coming weeks and months!)
I have (Had!) my main working folder ("Lightroom Pics") ,of pics containing many "Sub" folders on a 4 TB internal drive.
These sub folders were copied on import to a 4TD external drive as a back up...any and all edits are copied as full size jpegs to two separate drives (one internal and one external.)
Anyway...my main drive with my "Lightroom Pics" working folder has died a death!
I have bought a 4TB SSD and backed up my back up folder and am now trying to sync my original back up folder to Lightroom (See pic)
It says it's counting as I would expect...there is no counting clock or spinny thing to indicate that anything is happening...So...how long is it likely to take?
When I copied my original back up folder to my new hard drive it took just over two days (Nearly 3 TB's worth).
