Super will do the job. However the author seems to delight in making the download awkward to get at and the user interface is 'interesting' however it is worth pursuing because it will convert anything to anything (within reason) and will generate timelapse stuff from sequentially numbered .jpg files automatically
I've used windows movie maker (comes with XP) to animate about 200 jpegs into a film.
(Me and the kids make Lego Star Wars animations on rainy school holidays!!) It's a bit clunky and gives you an MP4 file as a default...I've not explored further. Hope that helps.
