Android Software update

Hi Guys,

Just a quickie. anyone had an update come up on there Android s10 that is taking for ages?

Version: G975FXXU3BSKO/G975FOBE3BSK2/G975FXXU3BSKL
Size 2873.18 MB
Security Patch Level: 1st December 2019.

Mines been running for nearly 3 days.....

Is it not the android 10 update? If so it’s probably quite a large file and probably several hundreds of thousands of people all trying to download it at the same time.

I think this relates to the Samsung Galaxy S10 and that Samsung are pushing the update to the Android OS.

So far not noticed any such update to my old(er) Moto G5 yet(?)

PS FWIW when I see updates available I only ever run the update over WiFi, never on the mobile data

Yeah that's Android 10 (or Android Q as its also known) downloading to your phone

I had that update a while back on my Pixel 3 ... dunno if it's me but since it was done the battery doesn't seem to last as long as it used to.
