you would if they were actual xmas trees. They look more like a variety of Chamaecyparis or Thuja for topiary than any Nordmann or Norway spruce or Fraser Fir that we have as a tree. Besides there is far too much space between the trees for that to be any sort of commercial tree farm. Admittedly skilled machete work though
 
Surely a commercialmas tree is any tree brought inside (or indeed decorated outdoors) in celebration of the winter solstice?
 
Granted but its generally accepted, especially in the UK, that there are or rather were, 3 particular and very distinctive species.
