Yes
They're doing another. I did one last year in Blackpool.

Date is Saturday 28th June.

Quite a lot of places to choose from again but not much detail about each yet.

Choice of walk only or walk and film and developing of one film.

I just got the email and looked at the site. They're doing one in Belfast which is tempting for me. We already have a Pentax 17 but I'd be tempted to take one of my other Pentax film cameras if I went.

I went last year to Leicester and really enjoyed so I've signed up again. Hope the weather is as good too.

A day in Manchester could be great fun..... is it open to all? (those who haven't been customers so far)

It's a pity there's not one in the North East... I mean, Wakefield's not that far, but for family reasons I'd prefer to be much closer to home, just in case. Something around Durham, Sunderland or Newcastle - even Darlington at a push - would definitely get my interest. Durham and Newcastle in particular would make fantastic locations for a film walk - there's loads of interesting stuff to capture. If anyone from Analogue Wonderland reads this thread, perhaps they might consider adding such a location in future. I'd be up for it...

I really wanted to attend this as there is one in Liverpool, but I have other commitments :(

There's one in Coventry and one in Birmingham, but both are at 12 pm (or 12 noon, more likely!). It's a bit of an odd time to start a photo walk... I mean there's this little issue called lunch to deal with, and I don't suppose they're quite as pub-oriented as we used to be! I'm thinking of going to the Brum one; I've been thinking of trying to organise a TPFC meet there for a while now.

I think my Leicester walk last year was the same time. I just made sure I had a late breakfast/early lunch plus we ended up at a nice cafe in a park for 3pm. It certainly was not pub orientated! Although I did get nice shots of one boarded up pub and of another one in use.

I'd be interested in a Birmingham TPFC if you fancy organising it. Both car or train there is within 1.5 hrs for me.

Overall I think these AW walks are v. good value for £20 as you get 2 colour 36 exp 35 films inc 1 x dev & scan if you hand in a film at the end of the walk (I pay £3 extra to get my negs back).

However there seems to be less locations than last year (I'm at Leicester again this year) which is shame but after seeing all the organisation the Leicester lot had to do it's hardly surprising. Also I'm not privy to what AW can commit too.

They've added more locations since I first posted. They've also tidied up the page so it's not just a flat list out of a spreadsheet.

Unfortunately (or, fortunately) we have a family visit on Saturday, so no photo walk for me! Hope any of you that manage to go do enjoy it. Nice to know how it goes!

I've double booked myself so can't attend the photo walk. I was looking forward to it but my fault. As @ChrisR says, I hope those of you who attend enjoy it.
