An Horizon question

I'm trying to remove the horizon from a photograph.

To make it more minimal.

Now, I'm doing this for artistic purposes

I'm fairly conversant with PS, but struggle to make it seamless.

Any feedback = appreciated.

The healing brush is an appropriate tool for this
as it will average the tones that make visible the
line of the horizon.
