I've just seen this shared on another forum and as someone who's only ever shot film and ended up with a digital scan I found it really interesting. It's only 10 minutes long so I realise it's only covering bare basics of darkroom printing but as a photographer who's grown up with the digital workflow it shows how similar Photoshop actually is. It would be good to share this link everytime someone posts a comment about how Photoshop is ruining photography and just making up images..

Also, I want to print from film ;0)

A few years ago there were lots of printing vids around made by proper old school printers, not the basic "how to" type that there mostly are now.
Anyway, I thought they might disappear so I backed a few up, I uploaded one a couple of days ago and for a moment there, I thought you'd found it....lol, cos it is excellent.
I was gonna post it in the cool thread, it highlights the lengths the old printers went to to make a print they're happy with, and if I'm honest, their methodology as complex as it appears is where you end up going......if you have a darkroom that is. :)

This is how Fred Picker printed when he was alive, couldn't find this vid anywhere on youtube so I re-upped it, don't be too offended by the questionable mustache and dodgy knitwear, it was the 80's after all....lol
