Amazon's Patent, asking them for a refund ;)

I think I should have stayed in bed this morning. Everything is just getting to me.

So im looking on my youtube subscriptions and I see more about the amazon patent, reference the white background, people and objects that they have successfully passed through the US patent office.

Just for a laugh, I sent Amazon an email asking them for a refund on the lastolite hi-lite background and train I bought last month from them, as I can no longer use the equipment without permission from them.

We'll see what stupid answer I get back, for my stupid question, about the stupid patent they have.

Well, my response so far, from them is they passed the buck onto the original seller, who ended up ringing me up wondering what was wrong, so I explained to them, they didnt believe me until I told them to google it.

Apparently theres a petition created and theres a lot of stuff going on about this patent. Will update you if Amazon bothers to come back to me.

I still don't get it. Only in America. That said it's a US patent so won't effect us anyway, right?
Next Ford will be patenting an engine that uses petrol, and you can kiss fireworks good by once NASA patents anything resembling a rocket :rage:

they'll just shoot at f/8 iso 100 then it wont breach the patent.
