amazon warranty from amazon.de

Looking at buying an item used from someone which was purchased from amazon.de not uk..supposedly has european warranty and awaiting copy of receipt,anything I should look out for and will I need to go through seller in case of any issues with product?Thanks in advance

wont have any issue - anything bought in the EU is covered. any problems you can deal with the UK arm of the company.

Shouldn't think that the warranty would be transferable anyway so the original buyer would have to deal with any claim.
