Amazon refunds

Hi all,

I've just sent my Sony A200 back to Amazon as an unwanted item, they've emailed me this evening to say they got it and they will mail me when the refund has been completed.
Has anyone returned anything to Amazon before? roughly how long did it take for you to get the refund?
 
I sent my DS back with a damaged pixel, the day I was due to send it off, I got another in the post :)

I also sent a DVD back, money was back in my account within the week, no problems here :)

ah great. Yea amazon have fantastic customer service imo and a very good returns policy. I had my Sony A200 open for 2 and half weeks, a couple of the cables (such as USB) opened, I lost a bit of the cardboard insert too. I phoned them up last week and said all this, expecting them to tell me where to stick it, but 'Tiffany' (lovely french accent) said it should be ok but she'll check with the manager. Few mins later she comes back and says yep thats all fine just send it back...result
 
oh...I just got another email, the refund has been processed! fantastic service, they're even working at 10pm!
Well..that means I should be able to get my Nikon on Friday then! (or do I wait for my two lenses on ebay to finish and see if I have enough for a 40D :naughty:)
