yep taken what ever I sent - Nikon NEF Raw, Jpeg, and what ever my phone and old Panasonic bridge camera saved as, no file size restriction, largest is 21.8mb so far. They do a poor job of highlighting it to existing Prime users as until I saw it mentioned on here had no idea they had storage, Kind of justifys the cost now.

I've got 350GB of assorted Canon and Fuji raw files (& JPGs) on prime, they are seen as photos.
Along with thatare about 50mb of other files, which I assume to be xmp.
Why not just test with a few of the files you want to store.

Yes it includes Raw files (check as above)
No it doesn’t include sidecar files. They’re not photos, so would make up part of your standard data, but if that’s all you’re using it for, it’s highly unlikely you’ll have multiple Gb of xmp files.
