A friend of mine thinks that I could make a few pennies from Alamy. I have tried this site but see that they need picture files no smaller than 45Mb! My EOS5D2 doesn't create files anything like that size - how do people get the files of that size? It's going to take all night to send them!

Anyone got experience of Alamy - is it worth it?

Your 5d Mk2 gives 62mb files. No need for you to worry about re-sizing.

Yep, a JPEG of a few MB will have an uncompressed size much larger. I think with a 5D2 you don't need to upsize at all, I think it's already big enough straight out of camera!

no smaller than 5mb compressed files (jpegs).

My 450D produces jpegs between 10 and 15 meg usually(once converted from RAW).
