Airport Int. v2 (Code Problems)

Morning,

I went to lock my bag up at Arsenal on Wednesday night and noticed that the combo lock code (main one) wasn't working - thankfully the zippers were not engaged so I could get access to my stuff. Anyone ever had this issue before? Given the process you have to go through to change the combo it's either a kit malfunction or someone (I hate to say this) is messing with me and has somehow managed to change the code. I really hope the latter was not the case and it's simply a case of malfunctioning code.

Is there anyway around this - I know that is a sensitive subjective as of course if there was a well know way to override the code it would render the bag less secure ....

As an update to this Ive had two point of contact .. one from TTP on Twitter and then on email showing me a little trick to lock up the case (without using the main lock) should I really need it. Also contact from their support team who basically have said when this happens and things go wrong it's best to simply replace the lock .. so a replacement lock is on its way and should be here in a 7-10 days .... Kinda has left me a little worried about it happening when it's locked down but I've searched the Interwebs and not heard of this problem before so hopefully a very very rare occurrence.
