Ai vector files

I have just received my latest ai vector files on disc from the suppliers....... Problem is that they have labeled them 1,2,3 and so on......so I don't really know what is what without opening illustrator to view them.....there are over 2000 files.......are there any software which will allow me to glance through the files without having to open each file in illustrator........HELP!

They are feckin idiots it turns out....all they could easy was read the small print.....it was the first and last order they are getting out if me
