Hello, i am just starting out and was wondering what you would recommend as a starter camera. Got upto 400 to spend on a dslr and need to get some ideas

I'll start this off with the usual general advice after saying welcome to TP.
Get yourself into a shop and try the potential buys in your hand. How comfortable they feel really does matter if you aim to get to the point where your fingers instinctively find the controls.
