Beginner Advice requested re: posting images and post processing...

Hi

I joined the forum a few days ago and uploaded a couple of posts for comments/advice. My question is should I attempt to improve these images in Lightroom or would you recommend I post them without any post processing?

The images I posted were only cropped and resized to meet the requirements of uploading images.

My personal opinion would be to use a photo hosting site like Flickr or similar.

Do what you want with the photo then share the link (check out tutorials on how) and then you can get help with composition and also editing at the same time.

Now this is just my 2p's worth so YMMV

IMO unless you are asking for advice about "have I post processed this in a way that others like....." then both a before & after are appropriate. Or perhaps, an unedited one such as you described with a request for others to help by PP'ing it with comments as to how they achieved it?

Lastly, fully processed to reflect what you saw or wish "show" for critique as appropriate.

In other words the choice is yours in regard to what your purpose was to post an image here and what you are or not as the case may be expecting folk to post in response???
