Daughter due to go back to college for 2nd year AS level photography wants a polaroid camera probably not one of the new ones wants square pictures any advice would be really useful :shrug:

You may find 2nd hand polaroids for sale. I think getting film for them is rather hard.

Try eBay the film is meant to be fairly expensive

If you're referring to the 'classic' Polaroid 3.5 x 3.5in-ish prints (SX-70 etc) then that was discontinued in 2005.

There have been recent efforts to revive production, from a bunch of ex-employees I think, but it was a very small scale affair and I don't know how successful.
