I came home from work yesterday to see my wife had cleared out a bag from her car and had disposed of what she thought was rubbish .....

I looked into the recycling bin and saw 4 camera magazines......




So do I have grounds for a divorce?

Under the current UK legal system I very much doubt that you would have any grounds for divorce. However if the situation was reversed and you had dumped her fashion magazines, I have no doubt that your wife would be granted a divorce together with a large sum of money for your mental cruelty towards her. :D

Sometimes divorces happen for an even worse reason. It may read like a nice joke, but it certainly is not when you come to realise what our society and its values have become. What is the point of marriage anyway - well a recurring business opportunity for some of us perhaps, nothing more?!

I would imagine that replacing a few camera magazines is likely to be easier, less expensive, and less potentially risky than replacing your wife.

Though I should stress that I'm not really an expert, since I've never tried the latter option. 27 years and counting!

Online version of magazines available?
Were they Nikon owners specific magazines, in which case you have a gem of a wife :)

From personal experience NEVER do a car boot sale with your wife if you can't go all morning without needing the toilet, unless you want her to sell "all that old tat" for £1 after she's seen multiple chancers walk off when told the value of said items
 
Why worry , tell her she owes you 4 new mags = result ;)
