Advice please chaps

I purchased a Interfit 3200K Tungsten lighting kit from E-Bay. My model/girlfriend has agreed to pose for me and I want to get the best results possible. I use a Panasonic G1 so if any of you chaps can guide me towards what manual settings to start out on I will be very grateful.

Forgot to add that I have a white cloth background.

they're continuous lights not flash so basicaly just move them about until you like the shadows, try to do it away from sunlight to avoid wb issues and th lights being overpowered.

Meter and shoot like you would for any light, I'd get a ballpark reading then tweak with test shots in manual but thats the way I like to work

Have you got any modifiers and how many heads do you have, white bg may not happen with tungsten heads as the power isn't there
