Hi could some one give advice on action camcorder that would fit on a Quad bike a friend as ask me and it's not my thing one they ask about was a veho multi atom action cam proof no glory, if some one as this one or another one that's good for this please get in touch thanks.

Go-Pro, I've had cheapo action cams before, they're not as good build quality nor image quality but it depends what you want.

The main thing for me was the plastic housing, especially the part directly in front of the lens. The cheapo models scratch quite easily and tend to cloud where as the Go-Pro seems to be a better quality scratch and cloud resistant quality

Go Pro - no point messing around with something that's trying to be one.

GoPro. They are the best. Cheapest is the Hero at a tad ( ok, a penny) under £100.
If your friend doesnt want to spend that much money, there are decent alternatives. One of the best is the SJ4000 made my SJCam. Similar spec to the GoPro and the mounts are pretty much interchangeable.
If you fancy an SJ4000, make sure its made by SJCam. There are a lot of useless copies about.
I have a Hero4 and SJ4000. I would recommend either..

GoPro or SJ4000 are more versatile in other applications.

Drift Ghost HD or Ghost S are better on helmets IMO
Their mounts are so much more simple than all those weird angles and little threaded things with GoPro.
The rotating lens is a really neat idea to level the image up.
