Is it just me or do adobe take your money and run? i have just spent an hour searching for the lr6 standalone download for windows. I already have it on my imac but wanted to add it to my laptop. the licence i purchased @ £84+ was for mac and windows, but finding the download was an absolute nightmare. i eventually found it but not even sure how after passing through about 9/10 different web pages while logged into my account. ON1 might be looking at a new customer.i understand that adobe is for PRO'S mostly, but us amateurs like to touch up/adjust our results with the best of them.
they also do not have a direct link to ask questions just a site run by its customers. who don't always help. i tried updating direct from lr but it downloads a cc trial. it dosn't even give the option for the standalone. its currently downloading on my laptop now. hope it works.

I've found the opposite, when in 'help' if you choose the chat option you get through to a genuine expert who will sort out any issue.

straight to the cc download which i now understand you need to do then CONVERT to the standalone bit bloody long winded sorry eliot the dropdown revealed the older versions my bad oops
