Maybe a bit of a noob question this, but here goes. 
When editing a raw file and opening in camera raw to then open in Photoshop, whats the best setting or, what setting do you use for opening, ie the blue writing at the bottom.
I have changed this from the default, and now want to go back to it as files sizes have gone up after changing it to the following
adobe RGB (1998)
16 bit
17.2mb file size
300 pixels inch
can any one tell me what the default is, or what is best without getting such huge files, normally there about 250-300 Mb saving them as a Photoshop file.
Camera is a Canon 60D, so the files will be quit big anyway.
