Adobe photoshop elements 8

I have downloaded the trial version of Adobe Photoshop Elements 8 but can not access the welcome page you need to use this page to go into the organizer to find your photos, can any one give me any suggestions please

Try clicking Window and then Welcome

That may be for a previous version however.

If that doesn't work, get this moved to the editing section, you may get more responses.
