Adobe Photoshop Elements 13....Upgrade from 9

I have Elelment 9 and want to upgrade to 13, which I'm told can be done.

Amazon are asking £57.7 for an upgrade and only £49.99 for the standard version.

Am I missing something?

What's the difference.

No, not missing anything, the upgrade costs you more and you have to have a previous version, the new standard version is cheaper and doesn't need a previous copy -

I presume they have some special discount on the standard version...but I have found this out before when I've been looking for new software - PE and Kaspersky Internet Security was a good one a few years ago - the upgrade was virtually twice the price of the standard new version ???
