Adobe Contribute CS3

My wife has taken over as Chair of an Equestrian organisation. She's just collected a load of stuff from the previous incumbent, including the aforementioned software. Problem is that it is for Windows and we use Macs.

As it's 5 years old, I can't just download it from Adobe and use the key as it isn't the latest version. Is there any way it can be done ore is it a non starter?

If you've got the key you could just borrow a cs3 suite disk and just install that program

Apologies Neil, I forgot all about this thread.

Managed to dig out and old windows laptop to load it onto. The next problem came when we realised that the Virtual Assistant who used to use it hadn't deactivated it and has sent her hard disk to be "cleaned". After a number of online chats with adobe and various attempts at guessing which email address was originally used when registering the software, we finally managed to activate it!

The latest issue is that we don't currently know what the ftp server name/user name/password are and the Virtual Assistant claims that she just loaded the software and was able to make amendments to the website content. So now we have to find out who set up the domain/hosting to see if we can find the info we need! :bang:
