No
My subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud Pro (as its now called) renews in 2 days and is doubling in price! for the amount I use it I can't justify £800 a year..

Are there usually any offers on the full CC suite around Black Friday on Amazon etc?

Alternatively I'm thinking of getting the Photography Package ie LR and Photoshop and switch from Premiere/After Effects to Final Cut Pro which would cost £299 initially as I guess there's not usually offers on that? but would be still cheaper than the Adobe option

there should be, a 2x increase is quite unpalatable.

Yeah I presently pay £31.27 a month and it's going up to £68.35 but just noticed they'll do 3 months at £34.15 so average is £59.80 a month, still close to twice as much though.

What's even more annoying is they have a Black Friday offer of £31.27 a month but I spoke with customer services and that's only for new customers.. find that so annoying with every company that new customers get a good deal and loyal customers get screwed over.

Can you become a new customer? A different email address works with some companies

I guess that would be worth a go :)

I'll let my current Sub expire tonight and try tomorrow.

Anyone in the family a student or teacher?
I get the student discount, although after 12 months it reverts to full price, so I just re-registered with a different email address :ROFLMAO:
Used my son's 6th form college, even though he left this year, he goes to Newcastle Uni next year after his year out but still got the discount.

I'm a new user so cannot post a link but Amazon UK is currently offering Creative Cloud Pro for half price - doesn't appear to be new users only. Make sure you order the correct one - I have a feeling it needs to say something like "stand alone" but I'm not sure.

AFAIK the old photography plan has been discontinued. The new plans will not stack, but rather create a parallel plan. In my opinion, if you have more than a year left of your photography plan then you're probably better off not buying this now, rather waiting to see if the goalposts get moved next year. If you have less time then perhap buy but don't activate until the old plan expires. Also be aware that photoshop has been split out from Lightroom for the cheaper plan.

Thanks, it looks like the Black Friday deals went live on Amazon today £319 for the full CC, Have to pay it all in one go but thats then under £27 a month :)

I've just had an interesting situation. Last week I was finally forced to buy the LrC PLan at £124.37 because having had my computer upgraded I could no longer activate my LR 6.14 Perpetual License (believe me I tried every which way). Then today I saw the BF deal on Amazon for the same package at £61.99 so I contacted Adobe via web chat and to cut a long story short they allowed me to cancel my new plan paying just 2.88 for the 6 days I had had it (deducted from my fuull refund), they knew I was going to buy the Amazon deal and were ok with it so a saving of £59. Result.

That's because you can cancel within 14 days of signing up, it's in the T&Cs :)
Good deal that :)

Just checked - my present deal expires Dec 2026, so I'm going to leave it rather than top up this year. If nothing great in the way of deals comes along from them next year then I may finally switch to On1 fully.

Lightroom Plan (inc Classic) £61.99 12 months .

That's as good as it has ever been, isn't it?
I bought that a few days ago.

Seems to me that Adobe aren't doing themselves any favours with this messing around with prices. My 20GB sub is about to run out in two months but fortunately I only use LRC and don't need Photoshop, so in some ways that's quite good for me. However, if I hadn't been able to get this reduced price, I wouldn't be renewing at all and would move to a standalone package from somewhere else. More expensive to begin with, but at Adobe prices I get that back within two years.

It isn't exactly comparing apples with apples though, as the previous photography plan also included Photoshop.
You are right, but how many times do you see people saying "Lightroom is now so good in terms of masking, object removal etc. that I hardly ever need to use Photoshop", so a lot of people would be fine now using only Lightroom.

Affinity is now completely free from Canva and is just as good as Photoshop with no monthly subscription.

There's also this one if you need Photoshop as well as Lightroom - https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B076JV1L5H?ref=emc_p_m_5_i_atc

I'm a little confused about this though and what it actually means -
  • Creative Cloud Photography Plan 1TB is a different subscription than Creative Cloud Photography Plan 20GB. Purchasing this will NOT extend or renew Creative Cloud Photography Plan 20GB subscription with Adobe

If you buy the new 1TB plan, you can't add it to the old plan - it starts from scratch and runs alongside.
