Adobe camera raw in CS4?

This may be a silly question but... can I access adobe camera raw in Photoshop CS4? Or maybe I have to download an update or plug in?
Can someone please help me with this?

just open a raw file, either drag and drop it into photoshop, or from file open, or even from bridge, are we talking raw file or jpeg? it should open both but if you've a new camera you'll need a newer version to open the raw, or use the free dng converter.
