I'm just looking at getting some images sent to Loxley for print. I've installed the profile for their Luster Paper. I'm finding when proofing in Lightroom that the whites are looking much colder than on the none proof version.

Adjusting the white balance up seems to be helping. I'm wondering if this is the best way to adjust for this or is there a better way?

Three trials. With the same images :-
Save one set as standard srgb and request test prints. This gives you one set printed with colour correction and one without. Then do one set with the tweaks you have made from the profile and again request test prints.
If you phone customer services you will get the test prints free of charge.
Most people work in standard srgb and allow us to correct. All correction is done manually and the colourists are extremely good.

Thanks Kevin

I wasn't sure how your colour correction service would work. As I'm relatively new to this I think I might just send in the uncorrected sRGB files and leave it in the hands of your more experienced colourists to begin with.

You can still phone and get free test prints even using our stock images so you can see the difference (if you can see the difference, my old eyes maybe not so much !).
