Yes
I have PSE9 and the Nik Collection which all works well and dandy.

I've recently splashed out on LR5, and thought Nik Collection would be added to this automatically, but it er... isn't.

Do I need to re-install the collection (presumable can save my presets?) or am I missing something?

What's LightRoom 11? or do you mean Elements?

NIK installed automatically in LR 4.4 - a dialog box popped up identifying what programs I had that NIK would work with, and gave me the option of manually adding more.
It identified LightRoom as one of the installed programs and it installed it automatically.
I don't use Elements so I can't help you with that, but it may be a case of telling the Elements file manager the location where the NIK plug-ins are installed.

Oops, yes sorry - LightRoom 5, will go and edit...

So, my order of install was: PSE9, Nik Collection, LR5 - But LR5 didn't pickup Nik.

Ah, I installed them in the reverse order.

LR was already installed when I loaded Nik.

It looks like as it installs, Nik checks for compatible programs and adds itself to them.
There's something on the Nik site about installing into Lightroom,
It says
"Occasionally, after running a Nik Collection installer, the software may not be installed correctly in Adobe Lightroom 3 or Lightroom 4. This seems to occur because the “Store Presets with Catalog” option in Lightroom's Preferences is checked. This option is in Edit > Preferences > Presets OR Lightroom > Preferences > Presets. Un-checking this box will make all of the plug-ins appear in the Photo > Edit In menu."

If this doesn't work it then basically says delete Nik and reinstall it.
I guess by doing this it will find Lightroom as it installs and add itself as an option.
