Adding copyright sign to images

As it says in the title,
How do I add a copyright sign into my pictures in photoshop CS3?

Hit the text tool, then hold down Alt and press 0169
make sure its the numbers on the right of your keyboard and not the ones along the top.

I dont have Elements ... but I would imagine that you have a tool to add text, so give it a try.
