Adding a sky from another picture

Please could someone tell me how to take a nice sky from one picture and put it in another picture that was nice but had a blown sky.

I am using a fairly old version of Photoshop elements. It does do layers. I just havent learned how to yet.

This guy has some really good videos and tutorial explanations:

however not sure if elements has all the tools he uses in this example.
