ACR Process 2012

I've just caught up with the latest (and final) ACR upgrade for Adobe CS5 which includes 'Process 2012' but I don't seem to be able to work with it. When I select it, even for an image where I've cleared the settings - so starting with the original RAW data - it tells me that I can't adjust many settings without first reverting to 'Process 2010'.

When and where is a RAW inage's Peocess set? How can I work with the latests one?

I thought the new 2012 processing was only for CS6 and LR4. I could be wrong though. :shrug:

Which version of photoshop are you using CS5? and are you using camera raw 6.7?

I am using CS5 and ACR 6.7.

Ok well the bad news is you only have limited support for process 2012, what you actually have is the ability to open an image processed in 2012 in say lightroom 4, into photoshop cs5, you can't edit in 2012 in cs5, you can then open the image for cloning etc and save back to LR keeping the 2012 intact.
If you want to edit in 2012 you'll have to buy either LR4, or CS6/Elements 11.

Thanks - that seems quite clear and makes a lot of sense (from Adobe's business point of view)
