Have one of these thanks to the techfurb guys massive mess up about 18 months back.. when they got all their prices wrong..........
It's running windows 32 bit premium and has 2Gb of RAM in it as the moment (no idea if 1 x 2 or 2 x 1)
My understanding is that is can take an additional 2 Gb of RAM therefore taking it up to the full 4 Gb which I would like to do if that is not stupidly expensive........
However, I am a bit of a thicket when it comes to such stuff.... so was wondering if somebody could help me out and point me in the direction of specifically which RAM I need to buy as there seem about a million and one options.
I assume that installing it is as straightforward as a desktop which I have done at work, however the IT bods, kindly sent through exactly what was required.....
Full model spec is Acer 1410 742G25n and if it makes any difference it was put together on 13/11/2009
